Summer 2015 Rock Band Camp @ Right Track Music

This summer holiday we are running a Rock Band Camp, this a 3 day activity for drummers, vocalists, guitarists, bassists and keyboard players.

This is open to age groups 10-18yrs with a basic playing ability, bands will be formed with instrument tuition as well as guidance on working in band from one of our expert tutors.

There will be a performance date arranged where you can put all you have been learning into a real LIVE gig!.

Roll With It

A big thank you to all who attended our “Roll with it” concert at St. Marys Church last month – in celebration of 20 years of Right Track Music & Create Music Festival!

Music Theory Course

Grade 4-5 Theory Course

If you are planning to sit practical exams beyond grade 5 this course is for you

Covering all topics needed to progress to the ABRSM Grade 5 written exam

The next course is planned to commence on April 20th with a duration of two academic terms, therefore concluding in early November, at which time candidates should be ready to sit the written exam.

There are only a limited number of spaces so anyone who is interested in joining the course should apply within or tel. 01233 647474 as soon as possible

Don’t miss out.

Prerequisites – A good understanding of Music theory to Grade 3 level is expected. The Grade 3 exam need not have been taken, but all topics covered in the Grade 3 syllabus should have been studied sufficiently to have gained a good level of competence to this point.

Right Track Music Student Achieves Guitar Diploma

Electric Guitar Diploma

Right Track Music are proud to announce that Sam Dinley, one of our most talented musicians, has recently obtained the ‘UWLQ Level 4 Diploma in Music Performance (QCF)’ for Electric Guitar with the London College of Music, achieving an Upper Distinction and being able to append the letters ‘DipLCM’ to his name.

Sam Dinley has been a student of Right Track Music for several years & Chris Bailey has been his guitar teacher, taking him through to Grade 8 guitar as well as Sam’s recent achievement of Electric Guitar Diploma.2_792_e
